Key features of the “Compact Series” (suitable for pump supply only) are the small footprint when space is restricted, coupled with the innovative design concept of incorporating an integral vortex style cavity for the settlement of solids – thereby reducing maintenance. Filtration mediums comprise of multi foam layers offering both mechanical and biological attributes, with high performance “Aquarock” forming the foundation for a biological bed for colonisation from beneficial bacteria. This range can also be used as a superb separate system for connecting to a skimmer unit.
